Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from Dedott. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Items must not be used or damaged

Start a return by emailing us at: hello@dedott.store
Once approved, we'll send you a return form.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by Dedott, but still we can assist you with the courier.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
We can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If it’s damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll fix it ASAP.

Exchanges

Want something else instead?
The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and approve it, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees (if paid) are not refundable.

Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your order couldn’t be delivered after 3 attempts, or if you refused the delivery, the shipment may be returned or discarded.

In such cases, the cost of shipping, return, or disposal will be deducted from your refund (if any).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are excluded from returns, including:

  • Custom or tailored solutions were designed based on your approval
